Voice iT (“we”, “us”) provides voice-to-notes software. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details you provide (name, email).
- Audio you record or upload, and the transcripts and notes generated from it.
- Usage data needed to run and improve the service.
How we use it
We use your audio solely to produce your transcripts and the features you request. Your notes are private to your account unless you explicitly share them.
Your choices
You can delete notes or your entire account at any time from the app. Contact us at hello@thevoiceit.com for data requests.
